HOST HOMES
O'hana contracts with people who are willing to open their hearts and homes to men and women seeking residential services. Each individual chooses a Host Home Provider that they feel matches their specific needs and gives them the opportunities to live a fulfilling life.
Each Host Home Provider contracts with O'hana Service Agency and completes training, certification, and more to ensure they provide excellent care for each individual that chooses to live with them. The responsibilities of the Host Home Provider are tailored to the specific needs of each person that resides in their home.
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
As a Residential Agency, it is our responsibility to match the men and women we serve with a home that will provide support and guidance toward an exceptional life. We ensure that each Host Home fits the unique needs of each individual we serve. We maintain an exceptional level of care for our participants throughout our network of supports, from our Providers to our Administrators, who are all well trained, caring members of our extended family. The O'hana Administrative Team oversees and monitors these individuals and the homes that they reside in.
Our Network
O'hana is proud to be a part of an extended network of people supporting the individuals in services we provide homes for.
- O'hana is a Program Approved Service Agency (PASA) through the state of Colorado. We provide services in line with the Home and Community Based Services Waiver for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (HCBS-DD).
- O'hana works with all Colorado Community Center Boards (CCB), including:
- Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (DDRC)
- Developmental Pathways (DP)
- Rocky Mountain Human Services
- North Metro Community Services, Inc.
- The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing
- Human Rights Committee of Colorado
- The Arc Advocates of Colorado
